Regular exercise

Every night before I go to sleep, I ask myself this question, “Did I exercise today, did I eat the right foods and did I have a good bath? If answer to all these questions is one big yes, I go to sleep peacefully and get up really fresh the next morning! If you have to feel good, inside and outside, please put these questions to yourself every night and if there is one negative answer to any of the questions, then you have none other than yourselves to blame for it.

Time and again, at every phase in our life, we have been taught the value of exercise, balanced food and cleanliness. But somehow, we tend to take them lightly. If you are healthy and slim, you need to stay that way with regular exercise, right diet and hygiene. If you are feeling weak and have health problems, you need to work out, and eat sensibly to feel better. This is what good health management is all about!
